1. Application purpose
OpenClaw Calendar Read-Only is a private, owner-operated application designed to help its owner review upcoming Google Calendar events and prepare personal daily schedule briefings.
The application is not currently offered as a public service and does not accept general user registrations.
2. Google Calendar information
If the owner separately authorizes the application, the planned read-only pilot will request permission to:
- View the list of Google calendars available to the owner.
- Read events from calendars approved by the owner.
Calendar information may include event titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, attendees, calendar identifiers, and other information contained in the authorized event records.
The read-only pilot is not designed to create, modify, or delete Google Calendar events.
3. Intended use of information
Calendar information is intended to be used only for owner-requested scheduling assistance, including:
- Identifying upcoming calendar events.
- Preparing personal schedule briefings.
- Displaying event times and relevant scheduling details.
- Delivering an authorized briefing to the owner's selected notification destination.
- Supporting limited operational troubleshooting and auditing.
Calendar information is not intended to be sold, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.
4. Storage and security
The planned calendar integration will operate on an owner-controlled server hosted by Hetzner.
Google OAuth credentials and tokens, if authorized, are intended to be stored in restricted local files on that server rather than on this public website.
The development design includes restricted filesystem permissions, controlled access to authorized calendars, and local operational records for delivery tracking, duplicate prevention, and auditing.
These safeguards must be validated against the actual deployment before the live pilot is activated.
5. Data retention
The planned application may retain limited operational information needed for troubleshooting, delivery tracking, and auditing.
A final retention schedule has not yet been established. The operator will review and document the actual data retained, its retention period, and its deletion procedures before activating live Google Calendar access.
This development-stage policy does not represent that automatic deletion or a particular retention period is already implemented.
6. External services and sharing
The application is designed to use Google Calendar as its calendar-data provider after the owner grants authorization.
If separately enabled, personal schedule briefings may be delivered through Telegram. Information included in a Telegram message would be transmitted to Telegram and handled under Telegram's applicable policies.
This informational website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process website requests and related technical information when visitors access these public pages.
This website does not itself request Google Calendar authorization, retrieve private calendar events, or display the owner's private calendar information.
The application is not intended to sell calendar data or share it with advertising companies.
7. Authorization and revocation
Google Calendar access will require the owner's explicit authorization.
The owner may decline authorization or revoke an existing authorization through the third-party connection settings in their Google Account.
Revoking Google authorization prevents further access through that authorization but does not necessarily delete information previously stored by the application.
Requests concerning locally retained application information may be directed to the contact address below. Applicable deletion procedures will be documented before the live pilot begins.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the application develops, particularly before live Google Calendar authorization or if its storage, retention, security, or notification practices change.
The updated policy will be published on this website with a revised last-updated date.
